Pick-up Policy
Pick-up time is 7 am-7 pm. If you deliver after hours, please arrange to have your placenta stored in a cooler on ice or picked up by a family member or friend. We will then make arrangements with your contact to pick up your placenta.
Return Policy
After the placenta has been picked up, you can expect them to be returned to you within 24-72 hours. We offer convenient delivery options for your capsules, whether you prefer to deliver them to your birth location or home. However, please remember that additional fees may apply if you require delivery outside our delivery area, which spans 15 miles from our location. We strive to provide excellent service and ensure you receive your placenta capsules as quickly and efficiently as possible.
